- Refunds are only granted if the item arrives in a defective or unusable manner as a result of an error on the part of JL RibbonGear**
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
